S O S T E N I E N D O

En el último post os he contado un poco de cómo los elementos orgánicos me sirven de inspiración. Hoy, quisiera escribir sobre otros personajes comunes en mis ilustraciones: los animales. 

Con ellos me expreso, me desahogo, me identifico...me sirven de inspiración y sobre todo de expiración.

Me encanta observar cómo se comportan , descubrir cosas de ellos que me hagan pensar en qué desconectamos estamos y en cuánto de animales tenemos ( en el más precioso sentido de la palabra, por supuesto). 

Suelo investigar mucho sobre su simbología en las antiguas civilizaciones o su significado en los sueños, me aportan muchas metáforas a la vida y muchas más historias que contar.

In the last post I`ve told you a bit about how organics inspire me. Today, I want to write about other common characters in my artwork: animals.

With them I express myself, I vent, I identify myself ... they are my inspiration and especially expiration.

I love watching how they behave, discover things that make me think of how disconnected we are and how animals we are too(in the most precious sense of the word, of course).

I usually research a lot about its symbolism in ancient civilizations or meaning in dreams, I bring many metaphors for life and many more stories to tell.

Desde hace un tiempo conocéis los productos que diseño e ilustro, pero la verdad es que quisiera que conocierais más sobre lo que hay detrás, y por eso, este nuevo post.

Algo común en mis ilustraciones son los elementos orgánicos, las plantas, las flores, los árboles...

Me encantan sus formas y texturas, me parecen realmente bellas. También suelo coleccionar pequeños tesoros cuando voy a pasear a la playa, las conchitas agrupadas en la orilla me parecen pequeñas galaxias y siempre pienso que voy a encontrar un gran tesoro ! Todo esto metedito en un bote de cristal en mi studio me ayuda a inventarme muchísimas historias, mezclados con pequeños trocitos de aromas y algún recuerdo especial.

Bueno, así es como me voy inventando cosillas que después "re-encarno"  en mis creaciones.

For some time ago you know the products that I design and illustrate, but the truth is that I would like you to know more about what is behind, and so, this new post.

Commonly in my illustrations are organic elements, plants, flowers, trees ...

I love their shapes and textures, they look really beautiful. I usually also collect small treasures when I go for a walk to the beach, the shells clustered on the shore seem small galaxies and always think I'm going to find a great treasure! All this put in a glass jar in my studio helps me to invent many stories, mixed with small pieces of smells and any special memories.

Well, that's how I'm inventing stuff so that they "re-incarnate" in my creations.
